LakePointe Shores was established in 2019 with the goal to provide the highest quality and stress-free rental cottages to meet the needs of those wanting to explore all that Lake Erie and Lake County have to offer. Perfectly situated on the lake front, LakePointe Shores is a quick drive to all local wineries in the Grand River Valley and activities in neighboring Geneva, Ohio.

Having owned and operated rental units in Madison, Ohio since 2013, the Hallsky family knows what the Lake Erie waves, sun, and sand can do for people, including them! They have been visiting the Madison shores since the 1970's and always dreamed about owning their own lake getaway.
In September 2019, they purchased a nearly 5-acre piece of property with eight rental units. The houses needed some TLC but the beaches...we have almost 200 feet of PRIVATE beach! Working house by house they have torn them down to the studs and foundations and rebuilt them using quality products and finishes that equate to luxurious yet relaxing lake living perfect for a vacation, reunion or even beach wedding. Each cottage features brand new furniture and appliances, including in-unit laundry, cookware, tableware, silverware and linens. New patios with charcoal grills are also new features of the property. At this time we are not allowing pets.

Take a quick trip across the street and you'll have 18 holes of golf at Erie Shores Golf Course, part of the Lake MetroParks system, a 10 minute drive takes you to the famous Geneva Strip and cities like Fairport Harbor, Mentor, and Painesville are close by. Even downtown Cleveland is only 45 minutes away!
